Data & Compliance
Transparent about where the data comes from and what it does and does not mean.
Public source fields only. Missing fields stay unavailable; no performance claims.
The research surfaces display public-source high-signal ad candidates from a shared source dataset. Records carry source ad IDs, advertiser and page, creative fields, headline, CTA, landing page, media type, platform dates and this product observed range. A record marked as Meta Ad Library source reflects that declaration, not a guarantee of Meta API coverage, performance, or permanent availability of any field.
Platform start/stop dates are provided by the source; first/last observed dates are when TexoAI recorded the ad. These are different facts and are never presented as one. A single missed refresh or source failure is source unavailable — not a stopped, deleted or off-platform verdict. Source state is available, partial, source unavailable or removed.
When the source does not provide a field, it stays unavailable — never replaced by zeroes or invented values. No spend, impressions, ROAS or conversion metrics are shown from public source data.
Media and snapshots are referenced as source URLs and rendered from the source. TexoAI does not download, cache or retain Meta media, offers no media download endpoint and makes no stable caching or retention promise. A browser-saved source image is not a download offered by this product.
Workspaces and projects isolate your research state. Saved ads, boards and tags are private to your project and never write back to shared source records. Uploaded and generated assets are workspace-private by default.
There is no public case index today. Only separately approved assets or fields could ever be publicly indexed, and public content would never include workspace IDs, private boards, saved ads, tags, comments or AI analysis.
There is no automated takedown or guaranteed response time. To request a review of source content or raise a rights claim, submit the Meta Ad Library URL or source ad ID and details through the contact page. Requests are sent to the support inbox; they do not auto-modify source records.
