Terms for using TexoAI research and workspace features

Scope

These Terms govern your use of TexoAI. By accessing the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. They describe the currently available product, not a guarantee of future source, cache, download, monitoring, or publishing capabilities.

Research Source Data

Research records are derived from public Meta Ad Library source data supplied by an authenticated executor and link back to the source. Fields can be missing, partial, unavailable, or changed by the source. Source platform dates are not the same as TexoAI observation dates. A source-unavailable result is not proof that an ad has stopped, been removed, or changed status.

Do not treat the service as a source of spend, impressions, ROAS, conversion, or other advertising-performance measurements. The current product does not promise continuous monitoring, alerts, notifications, media downloads, or durable availability of source URLs.

Media And Public Content

The current product stores source media and snapshot references as URLs. It does not provide a Meta-media download service or an approved Meta-media cache, retention schedule, or deletion workflow. Automatic external media download or cache is disallowed without a separately approved entitlement. A cleanup planner for unentitled source-cache rows exists but does not run automatically. Do not represent source references as your own assets or as a right to copy, redistribute, or retain third-party media.

Workspace assets are private by default. User uploads, generated assets, and future source caches are separate categories. No private workspace data may be published or indexed. Only separately approved assets or fields may be used in public material; private boards, saved ads, tags, comments, AI analysis, user behavior, and workspace identifiers must not be reused for that purpose.

Accounts And Workspace Access

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Do not attempt to access a workspace or project without the required membership.

Intellectual Property And Your Content

The service, its original content, features, and functionality are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party source material remains subject to the rights and terms that apply to it.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload or use content in your workspace. You retain rights in your content. You grant us only the permissions needed to host, process, and display it to provide the requested service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Restrict or inhibit another person's use of the service.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, networks, workspaces, or projects.
  • Use the service to distribute malware or other harmful code.
  • Misrepresent public-source records or references as your own content or as verified advertising-performance data.
  • Use private workspace data, source media, or third-party material beyond the rights and permissions that apply to it.

Requests About Source Content

Submit complaints, rights claims, and takedown requests through our contact page. Include the source URL or source ad ID, the relevant TexoAI URL when available, the nature of the request, your contact details, and authority or supporting material when acting for another party. Signed-in users may file an authenticated request against a source ad ID; only a platform operator may authorize and apply it. Applying a request preserves audit facts and marks display material unavailable. The current contact form sends a message to support. It does not create an automatic takedown, notify third parties, commit to a response time, or guarantee a particular outcome.

Suspension Or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with applicable requirements, or address violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, or current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page.
